Signature Global Ltd. has made a strategic move by acquiring 48 acres of prime land in Gurugram for Rs 1,070 crore during FY25. This acquisition is part of the company’s long-term growth strategy to develop residential projects and cater to the rising demand for quality housing in the region.
The land parcels are spread across key sectors in Gurugram, including 16.16 acres in Sector 71, 25.62 acres in Sector 37D, and 5.94 acres in Sector 88A. This diverse allocation reflects Signature Global’s commitment to creating a balanced portfolio of projects that cater to various market segments.
Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman of Signature Global, emphasized the importance of this acquisition in sustaining the company’s growth momentum. He highlighted that the move allows the company to maintain a robust pipeline of future projects while meeting the expectations of its growing customer base.
The company has also reported a record-breaking 42% increase in sale bookings, reaching Rs 10,290 crore in FY25. This achievement underscores Signature Global’s ability to anticipate market trends and deliver value across premium and mid-income housing segments.
