Skipper Ltd Q4 Net Profit Soars to ₹479 Million as Revenue Climbs 62%

Skipper Ltd has reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended March 2025, with consolidated revenue from operations reaching ₹12.88 billion, marking a robust 62% year-on-year growth. The company’s consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at ₹479.1 million, reflecting significant improvement in both topline and bottomline metrics.

 

This surge in revenue is attributed to higher order execution and strong demand across Skipper’s core segments, including power transmission and distribution structures, polymer products, and engineering services. The company’s operating profit margin remained healthy, supported by efficient cost management and increased scale of operations.

 

For the full fiscal year, Skipper’s net profit more than doubled, highlighting a sustained growth trajectory and effective execution of its business strategy. The management expressed confidence in maintaining this momentum, citing a robust order book and ongoing infrastructure investments across India and international markets.

 

Skipper’s board has also recommended a final dividend, underscoring its commitment to rewarding shareholders amid strong financial results. The company continues to focus on expanding its market presence, diversifying its product portfolio, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.
