Active Clothing Co Ltd has entered into a longterm strategic agreement with Ningbo Cixing Co Ltd, a global leader in intelligent knitting machinery, marking a significant step toward automation and innovation in India’s textile sector. The deal, disclosed under Regulation 30 of the LODR, signals Active Clothing’s intent to modernize its production capabilities and expand its global footprint.

 

Cixing, known for its cuttingedge digital knitting factory solutions, brings decades of R&D expertise and a portfolio of over 116 invention patents. The partnership is expected to give Active Clothing access to advanced knitting technologies, including Cixing’s subbrand “Steiger,” which focuses on sustainability and automation.
