Sofcom Systems Appoints Jagdish Ratilal Rupawala as Chairman and Tanvi Jay Rupawala as Managing Director & CFO

Sofcom Systems Limited has announced key leadership changes, appointing Jagdish Ratilal Rupawala as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, and Tanvi Jay Rupawala as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. The appointments were approved by the company’s Board of Directors in its latest meeting and disclosed to the stock exchanges on May 1, 2025.

 

Jagdish Ratilal Rupawala, who joins as Non-Executive Director, will also serve as Chairman of the Board. His appointment is part of Sofcom’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its governance and leadership structure as the company pursues new growth opportunities. Meanwhile, Tanvi Jay Rupawala has been entrusted with dual responsibilities as Managing Director and CFO, reflecting the Board’s confidence in her leadership and financial acumen.
