Swift at 20: Maruti’s Hot Hatch Races Past 3 Million Sales, Leaving Rivals in the Rearview

Maruti Suzuki has achieved a milestone with its Swift hatchback, more than 3 million (30 lakh) of which have been sold in India as the model celebrates its 20th anniversary. The Swift, launched in 2005, has become synonymous with sporty appearance, reliability, and youthfulness, revolutionizing the Indian hatchback market and dominating its segment year after year.
