Tanla Platforms Limited, a leader in AI-native communication solutions, announced its Q2 FY26 financial results, showcasing robust growth across all key metrics. The company recorded ₹1,078 crore in revenue, marking a 3.6% sequential and 7.8% year-over-year increase. Gross profit rose impressively by 10% QoQ and 9.5% YoY to ₹287 crore, with a gross margin of 26.6%, the highest Tanla has achieved in the last eight quarters.
EBITDA improved to ₹177 crore, up 8.2% sequentially and 1.2% annually, while EBITDA margin stood at 16.5%. Profit after tax reached ₹125 crore, yielding a PAT margin of 11.6% along with earnings per share of ₹9.43. The company generated free cash flow of ₹165 crore, significantly surpassing PAT by 132%, and retained a strong cash balance of ₹881 crore even after a substantial share buyback.
Key corporate developments in the quarter include the August launch of Wisely.ai, Tanla’s AI-native platform, with Indonesian telecom giant Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. This marks a milestone for Tanla's expansion into Southeast Asia, deploying advanced AI-powered anti-spam and anti-scam solutions for nearly 100 million users via a SaaS model.
Tanla also garnered significant industry recognition, being named Meta’s Partner of the Year 2025 and securing the Best Made-in-India Telecom Innovation award at India Mobile Congress 2025.
