Thandel Box Office Collection Day 3: Sunday Dip Brings Total to ₹29.72 Crore

The Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer Thandel witnessed a slowdown in collections on its first Sunday, earning ₹5.58 crore. This brings the film’s total net India collection to ₹29.72 crore by the end of its opening weekend. While the movie showed strong performance on Friday (₹11.5 crore) and Saturday (₹12.64 crore), Sunday’s dip marked a decline in momentum.

Helmed by Chandoo Mondeti, Thandel is a romantic action thriller that is touted to be the real-life inspired story. Even though it got mixed reviews in performances and had an emotional depth, the movie has grossed more than ₹ 41.27 crore worldwide so far and was expected to go past the ₹ 50 crore anytime.

Coming weekdays are crucial to its fate at the box office as it aspires to recover ₹75 crore.
