Delhi-NCR witnessed the highest annual rise in housing prices among India’s top seven cities during July-September 2025, recording a remarkable 24% increase according to Anarock. This sharp uptick was primarily driven by robust demand for luxury homes.

Average residential prices surged from Rs 7,200 per sq ft in Q3 2024 to Rs 8,900 per sq ft in Q3 2025 across Delhi-NCR markets including Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, and Ghaziabad.

Among the seven major cities, Delhi-NCR led with the highest price appreciation at 24%, while the overall average for these cities rose 9% to Rs 9,105 per sq ft.
