Major Rollout: Under the collaboration, TVS Motor will supply its newly launched TVS King EV MAX—an advanced electric three-wheeler boasting a range of 179 km per charge, rapid charging capabilities, and smart connectivity features—while Oor Cabs will operate and manage the fleet across key urban centers in Tamil Nadu.
Women Empowerment & Social Impact: Oor Cabs plans to appoint 250 women drivers as part of the state’s Pink Auto Scheme, promoting safe and inclusive mobility for women passengers and creating new livelihood opportunities.
Investment & Infrastructure: Oor Cabs is investing ₹30 crore in Trichy alone to expand its electric fleet and establish solar-powered charging stations, with further plans to extend its aggregator model to Coimbatore and Madurai.
