As winter draws to a close in India, it's still possible to find snow in some stunning locations. Jammu & Kashmir's Gulmarg is still a top skiing destination, complete with challenging slopes and sweeping views of the Pir Panjal range. Manali in Himachal Pradesh, although not necessarily snowy in the main town, has neighboring sites such as Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel covered with snow. Adventure seekers are able to ski, snowboard, and snow tube. Alternatively, Manali has warm natural springs at Vashisht for a more leisurely experience. These sites are an ideal time and place to embrace the magic of winter before it's gone.
