The unanimous arbitral award dated February 27, 2026, grants substantial monetary relief and a major extension of the concession period.
The claims arose from construction delays attributable to NHAI and Force Majeure-related events. The Hon’ble Arbitral Tribunal has ruled in favor of KTL, reinforcing the InvIT’s rights under the concession agreement.
