Vivanta Vibes in Anjuna: IHCL’s New Hotel to Elevate Goa’s Leisure Luxe Scene

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new Vivanta-branded hotel in the heart of Anjuna, Goa, further strengthening its footprint in India’s premier beach destination. This greenfield project, developed in partnership with Fiesta Hotels Pvt. Ltd., will feature 110 upscale rooms and a suite of modern amenities tailored for both leisure and business travelers.

 

Strategically located near Anjuna’s vibrant beaches and nightlife, the hotel will offer an all-day diner, bar, swimming pool, fully equipped gym, and conference facilities. The move aligns with IHCL’s strategy to expand across key leisure markets and marks its 18th property in Goa, with five more under development.

 

IHCL’s Executive VP Suma Venkatesh emphasized the company’s legacy in shaping Goa’s tourism landscape for over five decades. Fiesta Hotels Director Ravinder Kumar called the collaboration a testament to their shared vision of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
