Voler Car Ltd has announced the strategic expansion of its Rent-A-Car (RAC) business into three major Indian metros—Kolkata, Chennai, and Bengaluru. The move is part of the company’s broader plan to deepen its footprint in Tier-I cities and cater to rising demand for corporate and employee mobility solutions.

Key Highlights and Expansion Strategy:

The expansion includes new service engagements with Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata and Teleperformance Global Business Services in Chennai.

In Kolkata, Voler will provide long-distance employee shuttle services between TCS Rajarhat and Sector V, deploying VMU-enabled vehicles with dedicated supervisors and helpers.

The Chennai rollout follows the company’s recent entry into the southern market via Bengaluru, where it has already established a strong presence in the corporate mobility segment.

All vehicles deployed will be under five years old or within 2.5 lakh kilometers, ensuring reliability and compliance with service-level agreements.

The company continues to operate on an asset-light model, sourcing vehicles from vendors while maintaining centralized control through its proprietary tech platform.

Strategic Outlook:

Voler aims to scale its RAC operations across 12 cities by FY26, leveraging its IPO proceeds and strong client base in IT/ITeS sectors.

The company’s expansion aligns with its mission to offer sustainable, tech-driven urban mobility solutions, with a growing focus on electric vehicles and digital fleet management.

Management emphasized that these developments will enhance revenue visibility and operational scale in high-growth urban corridors.
