Bajel Projects Ltd. has secured a massive infrastructure order from PowerGrid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL), a milestone in the company's growth in India's power transmission sector. The ₹3 billion or higher order is the company's "Ultra-Mega" category, both in terms of size and strategic importance.
 
The project involves the installation of a double-circuit 400 kV transmission line with an approximate length of 138 kilometers between Rewa and Mahan in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The project also includes extension works of the 400 kV Rewa substation forming part of the evacuation system from the Mahan Energen Limited Generating Station.
