NRB Bearings Ltd. Commits ₹551.2 Million to NIBL, Signs Agreements on IP Rights, Property Release, and Corporate Support for Strategic Growth

NRB Bearings Ltd. has finalized multiple agreements with NRB Industrial Bearings Ltd. (NIBL) to streamline operations and ensure financial stability. The company has committed to paying ₹551.2 million to NIBL upon completion of certain conditions. Additionally, a comprehensive agreement has been signed to regulate intellectual property rights, property releases, and non-solicitation clauses, safeguarding the interests of both parties.

NRB Bearings has also entered an inter-company agreement with NIBL to provide corporate guarantees worth ₹90 crore and extend loans up to ₹20 crore to support NIBL's operational needs. These measures aim to strengthen their business synergies and long-term growth.
