Pankaj Tripathi: Life comes full circle as daughter joins theatre journey

Actor Pankaj Tripathi, along with his wife Mridula, has launched their theatre banner Roopkatha Rangmanch. Their maiden production, Lailaaj, will mark the stage debut of their daughter Aashi Tripathi. The musical comedy premieres in Mumbai this November, blending family legacy with fresh creative energy.  

A heartfelt return to theatre roots  
Known for his acclaimed film and OTT performances, Pankaj Tripathi is returning to his first love—live theatre. With Lailaaj, written and directed by Faiz Mohammed Khan, Tripathi and his wife step into production while proudly introducing their daughter Aashi to the stage. The play promises humor, music, and emotional storytelling, reflecting the family’s deep artistic bond.
