PM Modi to disburse 19th PM-KISAN instalment in Bihar, to 9.8 Crore Farmers

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to distribute the 19th instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) on Monday, 24th February 2025, in Bhagalpur, Bihar. The government will send around Rs 22,000 crore directly to the bank account of 9.8 crore beneficiary farmers from all over India. All recipients will be paid Rs 2,000 under the scheme's quarterly financial assistance. To know the payment status, farmers can visit the official PM-KISAN portal, go to the 'Farmers Corner,' choose 'Know Your Status,' and input registration number.

 

The current disbursal takes the cumulative amount under the scheme to Rs 3.68 lakh crore ever since its roll-out in 2019.
