Pratham EPC Projects Ltd Shares Soar 51% on NSE SME Debut

Pratham EPC Projects Ltd made a strong market debut today, with its shares listing at a 51% premium on the NSE SME platform. The stock opened at Rs 113.3, significantly higher than its issue price of Rs 75. The company's initial public offering (IPO) had received an overwhelming response, with an overall subscription of over 166 times. The Rs 36 crore IPO consisted of a fresh issue of 48 lakh shares. Funds raised will be used for purchasing machinery, meeting working capital requirements, and other corporate purposes. This successful listing highlights the strong investor interest in the SME sector.
