Refex Green Power Triumphs with Landmark 250 TPD Bio-CNG Plant Deal in Coimbatore

Refex Green Power Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd, has secured a significant tender from the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation for the establishment of a 250 TPD Municipal Solid Waste-based Bio-CNG plant. This project, valued at ₹78.54 crore, will be developed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) basis for a concession period of 20 years. The concession agreement is expected to be signed within 30 days from the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, dated April 5, 2025. The plant is scheduled to be fully commissioned within 19 months from the agreement's signing date.
