Retail Revolution: Senco Gold Takes the Helm at Melorra Stores in Strategic August Jewellery Pact

Today, Senco Gold Limited announced that it has aligned with August Jewellery Private Limited to form a strategic marketing association to last until September 30, 2025. Per the terms of the partnership, Senco Gold will run all existing Melorra franchise stores relative to August Jewellery. In its announcement, the company stated that existing Company Owned & Company Operated stores shall be handled by Senco as a franchisee. Additionally, Franchise Owned & Franchisee Operated and Franchise Owned with Company Operated stores stand to become the sub-franchisees of Senco's enterprise. The order stipulations of the existing franchise agreement are going to remain unchanged, while Senco will be responsible as the Franchisee for any and all commercial ramifications relative to the partnership.

 

This agreement provides Senco Gold with the opportunity to optimize its retail footprint and leverage Melorra's brand notoriety following unprecedented revenue growth and aggressive expansion of showrooms.
