Safran India Aims for Stellar 70% Revenue Growth with Gaganyaan and Defence Deals by 2025

Safran India is looking for a tremendous 70% revenue spurt. The company expects to earn approximately ₹2 billion ($23.12 million) by the end of 2025, largely led by the much-awaited Gaganyaan space mission and several defense contracts. The Gaganyaan mission will send Indian astronauts into orbit and is expected to increase the spate of participation from indigenous industries in space technology, thus further strengthening India in the global space race. This strategic move highlights Safran's interest in tapping into India's growing aerospace sector and defense capabilities.
