Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Declares Record Date for Rs 55 Dividend

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited has declared book closure and record date for the final dividend recently announced of Rs 55 per equity share. The board of the company had proposed this dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 subject to approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This hefty dividend is in spite of a tough fourth quarter, when the company saw a 34.8% fall in net profit and 24% in revenue. The precise record date and book closure information is still to be announced, with the company saying it will notify shareholders in due course.
