SEBI Lifts Attachement on Bank Accounts of Kratos Energy & Infrastructure

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given a release order lifting the attachment of bank accounts of Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Limited. The move follows the company, once called Dil Vikas Finance Ltd., paying overdue fees to the regulator. The release order, No. 849/2025 and dated February 18, 2025, relates to the Recovery Certificate No. 2719 of 2020. This move is the culmination of a prolonged dispute between SEBI and Kratos Energy, one that had resulted in the first-time freezing of the firm's bank and demat accounts in January 2023. The release of accounts will hopefully simplify financial transactions for Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Limited.
