Smart Moves: Blue Dart Taps Delhi Metro’s Hidden Tracks for Faster Deliveries

Blue Dart has collaborated with Delhi Metro to move cargo off-peak hours, a first in the South Asia Pacific region. The move is aimed at decongesting roads and emissions by leveraging available metro capacity. The partnership will improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability. Trials have commenced on the Blue Line, with expansion planned across various metro lines. This is in line with international trends in which metro networks are being utilized more for cargo to minimize the environmental footprint.
