Somany Ceramics Delivers Steady Q4 With Dividend Boost

Somany Ceramics announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board recommended a 100% dividend, reflecting strong shareholder returns, while also approving investments in associate Vintage Tiles Pvt. Ltd. and appointing Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as internal auditor.  

Financial Performance 

The company posted consolidated net profit of Rs. 378.2 million in Q4 FY26. Audited results confirm compliance with SEBI regulations, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion.  

Dividend Declaration 

A final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share has been recommended, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Payment will be made within 30 days of declaration.
