Delhivery Limited has officially announced the dissolution of its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Delhivery Bangladesh Logistics Private Limited. This move was confirmed with the receipt of a certified true copy of the dissolution intimation dated November 3, 2025, received by the company on November 4, 2025. Delhivery Bangladesh was incorporated under Bangladeshi law and operated as a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Delhivery Singapore Pte. Limited, itself a fully owned subsidiary of Delhivery Limited. This strategic decision marks Delhivery Limited's consolidation of its international footprint, focusing on streamlining operations and optimizing its logistics network.
