Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd. has appointed Ajit Pratap Singh as its new Chief Financial Officer. The appointment comes in the wake of recent leadership transitions such as Bahadur Sam Dastoor resigning and Sandeep Thomas Mathew holding the interim position. The company had been undergoing strategic restructuring and financial stability, with the return to profitability in Q3 FY24 in a net profit of ₹17.14 crore. The appointment of Singh is also likely to further bolster the company's financial management.
