All officials must use Zoho Office Suite for creating, editing, and sharing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, seamlessly integrated with NIC mail.

The move supports India’s Swadeshi movement, emphasizing reduced dependence on foreign software and bolstering data security and sovereignty.

Zoho Office Suite includes tools like Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet, and Zoho Show, stored securely on the cloud via Zoho WorkDrive.

The Ministry expects smooth adoption with technical support accessible through the CMIS/NIC division.
