Greaves Electric Mobility Limited (GEML), part of Greaves Cotton Limited, has joined forces with Indofast Energy to launch the Ampere 'Magnus sw.S', a novel electric scooter incorporating battery swapping capabilities. The innovative offering is the result of expansion based on the popular Magnus brand and provides extra convenience and assuages anxiety issues related to ranges. Magnus sw.S has been developed with the aim to popularize greener commuting in a more efficient and accessible way, as a step towards GEML's mission of "Har Gully Electric." This tie-up is an important milestone for sustainable mobility solutions in India as it brings GEML's e-vehicle experience and Indofast Energy's battery swapping infrastructure together.
