TAC Security Joins the Web3 Revolution with CyberScope Acquisition

Global cybersecurity leader TAC Security has acquired CyberScope, a prominent Europe-based Web3 security firm specializing in smart contract audits and blockchain vulnerability assessments. This strategic move expands TAC Security's client base to over 6,000, with plans to reach 10,000 by 2026. CyberScope's suite of security tools—including Cyberscan, Similarityscan, Safescan, and Signaturescan—will be integrated into TAC Security's ESOF platform, marking the company's foray into Web3 security solutions. The acquisition is expected to add $1.2 million in revenue, aligning with TAC Security's global expansion plans.
