Talbros Engineering Delivers Robust Q4, Announces Rs 3 Dividend And Next-Gen Push

Talbros Engineering reported robust Q4 FY26 results, with total income of approximately Rs 1.45 billion, and a healthy increase in profitability, recommending a final dividend of Rs 3 per share. The board also approved the appointment of Talbros Nextgen, a wholly owned subsidiary, and the re-appointment of its internal auditor and an independent director, reflecting its confidence in its growth trajectory.

Talbros Engineering's March quarter results confirm the continued strength of its auto components segment, as revenue increased by double digits and the margin profile strengthened. The company is rewarding shareholders through dividend and investing for the future through capacity additions and a new subsidiary platform.

Q4 Fy26 Financial Performance

Revenue from operations for the Q4 of FY26 was Rs 14,396.8 lakh, while total income was Rs 14,525.4 lakh. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 954.8 lakh, which increased the profit for the year to Rs 2,916.1 lakh, compared with Rs 2,262.2 lakh a year ago. The earnings per share for the year stood at Rs 57.34 against Rs 39.78 a year ago.

Dividend And Capital Allocation

The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of face value Rs 10 for FY26, which will be subject to approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM); the record and payment dates will be announced later. It also posted Rs 4,456 lakh in operating cash flow despite a higher capex of more than Rs 5,260 lakh for FY26.

Strategic Moves And Governance

The company has approved investment in Talbros Nextgen Private Limited, a 100% subsidiary engaged in diversified manufacturing of automotive and mechanical components, to diversify and de-risk the business mix. It also re-appointed Harshit Bansal & Associates as an internal auditor for FY27 and extended the term of Shashi Khurana as an independent director from May 2027 to May 2032, while retaining an unmodified audit opinion for FY26 results.
