Telangana's Global Spotlight: Miss World Festival to Showcase State's Hidden Gems

Telangana will host the 72nd Miss World Festival from May 7 to 31, 2025, with the grand finale in Hyderabad. This festival is likely to enhance tourism in Warangal and Telangana as a whole. The festival will highlight Telangana's rich handloom heritage, tourist spots, cuisine, arts, and crafts. More than 120 nations will take part, supporting the Miss World Organisation's vision of 'Beauty with a Purpose'. Telangana Tourism Secretary Smita Sabharwal pointed out that hosting the event will place Telangana on the world tourism map, welcoming the world to view the state's traditions and culture.
