The Future of Affluent Banking: Standard Chartered's Bold Move Across 10 Indian Cities

Standard Chartered Bank will establish priority centres in 10 more Indian cities by 2025, strengthening its high net-worth customer services. The new centres will be opened in existing or shifted branch offices in cities like Indore, Chandigarh, Noida, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. This will increase the bank's existing network of 14 priority centres in India. The news was announced by Nitin Chengappa, managing director, affluent distribution & branch banking, after opening a new priority centre at Bhubaneswar. The expansion is to address the increasing affluent and wealth segment in India's major metropolitan cities.
