The Mastermind Returns: Justin Ontong's Quest for Boland's Second Title

Twenty-five years since Boland won the CSA One-Day Cup as a player, Justin Ontong finds himself in the final once more, now as Boland's head coach. Ontong had led Boland to their maiden and sole title in the tournament in 2000 with his match-winning performance. He is now leading them against the Dolphins in the final of 2025. Ontong's journey is indicative of his loyalty towards Boland and his hometown, Paarl. As a coach, he has restored the team's performance and culture to the point of leading them to the top of the league table with five victories from seven games. Ontong's leadership and experience have played a key role in Boland's turnaround, and he wishes to repeat his previous success before his home crowd.
