TotalEnergies Signs 10-Year LNG Deal with GSPC to Boost India's Energy Transition

French energy giant TotalEnergies has signed a 10-year agreement to supply 400,000 tonnes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) annually to Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC), starting in 2026. The LNG will be sourced from TotalEnergies' global portfolio and delivered to terminals on India’s west coast, primarily serving industrial customers, households, and CNG stations. This deal marks TotalEnergies' second major LNG contract in India within a year, reinforcing its role in supporting India's energy transition and GSPC's strategy to secure competitive long-term LNG supplies.
