Transrail Lighting Limited closed FY26 with record revenue, higher profits, a stronger balance sheet and a sweetened dividend, even as March-quarter numbers moderated on a high base. The EPC player in power transmission and distribution continues to ride strong execution momentum and a robust, diversified order pipeline.

Full-Year Growth Story

For FY26, Transrail delivered its highest-ever revenue from operations at 6,880 crore rupees, up 30 percent year-on-year, with EBITDA rising 21 percent to 820 crore rupees. Operating profit after tax grew 28 percent to 421 crore rupees, supported by operating leverage, efficiency gains and disciplined margin management across power T&D, railways, civil and poles.

March Quarter Performance Lens

In Q4 FY26, consolidated revenue from operations stood at 1,863 crore rupees versus 1,946 crore rupees a year ago, while EBITDA came in at 207 crore rupees compared with 237 crore rupees. Operating PAT for the quarter was 97 crore rupees against 127 crore rupees in Q4 FY25, with margins at 5.1 percent as the company navigated a dynamic execution and cost environment.

Order Book, Cash Flows And Dividend

Un-executed order book including L1 rose 12 percent year-on-year to 16,361 crore rupees as on 31 March 2026, providing multi-year revenue visibility. Operating cash flows nearly doubled to 817 crore rupees, aided by better working capital and lower leverage. The board has recommended a final dividend of 2 rupees per share (100 percent) for FY26 and cleared a fresh capex plan of 203 crore rupees, including a new greenfield tower plant at Butibori and expanded conductor capacity.
