Trump Residences Gurgaon Sets Record with Rs 3,250 Crore Sell-Out on Launch Day

 The second Trump-branded luxury residential project in Gurugram has witnessed an unprecedented response, selling out entirely on the first day of its launch. Developed by Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers, Trump Residences Gurgaon recorded Rs 3,250 crore in allotments, reflecting the surging demand for ultra-premium living spaces in India.  

Luxury Market Milestones:  
- The project features two 51-storey towers, offering 298 high-end residences priced between Rs 8 crore and Rs 15 crore per unit.  
- Ultra-premium penthouses, valued at Rs 125 crore each, were fully allotted, underscoring the strong appetite for branded luxury homes.  
- Smartworld Developers will oversee construction and customer service, while Tribeca Developers, the official representatives of the Trump brand in India, will manage design, marketing, and quality control.  
- The success of Trump Residences Gurgaon follows the sell-out of Trump Towers Delhi NCR, launched in 2018, which is set for delivery later this month.  
- The Trump brand continues to expand in India, with five high-rise luxury residential projects across Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Kolkata.
