US Intel Chief Tulsi Gabbard Embarks on Indo-Pacific Tour, Includes India Visit

US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard embarks on multi-country tour in the Indo-Pacific region to visit Japan, Thailand, and India. Her travel is intended to deepen ties and improve communication with a view to fulfilling President Trump's goals for peace and prosperity. In India, Gabbard will attend a security summit in New Delhi, where topics of counter-terrorism, cybersecurity, and intelligence exchanges will be dealt with. This is her first visit to India as DNI, after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to the U.S., during which they spoke of bilateral cooperation.
