The deal involves subscribing to 35,89,201 shares of Kesar Pharma, as per the Shareholders Agreement disclosed on February 19, 2025. This acquisition aligns with Vaishali Pharma's ambitious growth strategy, following its recent initiatives including a 1:5 stock split and 1:1 bonus share issue announced in August 2024.
