Vikram Solar Increases Manufacturing Capacity to 4.5 GW, Enhancing Renewable Energy Production

Vikram Solar has enhanced module manufacturing capacity at its Falta facility in West Bengal by 1 GW, taking total production capacity up to 4.5 GW per year. The company has further added production lines at the Oragadam worksite in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, for manufacturing technology for more efficient modules like TOPCON and HJT. The expansion has made Vikram Solar even more important in India s renewable energy landscape and is focused on the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision of the country. Increased capacity will help the company meet the demand for quality solar panels on the rise and help India move towards cleaner energy.
