VIP Clothing Reloads Capital Arsenal With 2.12 Crore Convertible Warrants At Rs 22.50 Each

VIP Clothing Limited has approved a preferential issue of 2,12,00,000 convertible warrants at Rs 22.50 each, aggregating Rs 47.70 crore, to promoters and non-promoters. The board has also called an Extraordinary General Meeting on June 11, 2026, to seek shareholder approval and constituted a dedicated committee to oversee the preferential issue process.
