Z-Tech India Wins Rs 54 Million Nashik “Waste To Wonder” Park Order

Z-Tech (India) Limited has notified the National Stock Exchange that it has been awarded a prestigious contract by Nashik Municipal Corporation for the Dadasaheb Phalke Art Residency Park – Waste to Wonder project. The initiative will transform about 12.15 acres of underutilised land into a themed cultural and tourism hub showcasing large-scale art installations made from recycled scrap, plastics, metals and construction debris.

Key Highlights

Total approved project cost is Rs 5.40 crore, to be developed under a fixed-licence fee, operate-and-maintain model for 20 years, with 80% funding by Nashik Municipal Corporation and 20% by Z-Tech India.

The park will feature attractions such as a children’s park, musical fountain, themed restaurants, open-air theatre, memorial entrance, exhibition halls, adventure zones and other leisure facilities, designed to boost tourism and community engagement.

The concept promotes sustainable waste management and circular economy practices by creatively reusing waste into durable public assets, aligning with Z-Tech India’s focus on sustainable theme parks and environmental infrastructure.

Management says the project reinforces the company’s innovation-led positioning and showcases its expertise in waste-to-art and urban rejuvenation projects across India.
