93% of Gen Zers use AI at work — and it's giving them a huge advantage

A recent survey by Google Workspace reveals that 93% of Gen Z workers (ages 22-27) use two or more AI tools weekly in their jobs. This widespread adoption is giving them a significant edge in the workplace. Gen Z employees are leveraging AI for tasks like meeting notes, email writing, and overcoming language barriers. They're also open about their AI use, with over half sharing insights with colleagues. The survey found that 70% have used AI for drafting emails, while 88% believe AI helps them find the right tone in writing. This embrace of AI is seen as a catalyst for career growth and improved productivity.
