A New Dawn for Delhi: CM Gupta's Budget Bombshell to Reshape the City

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta made the announcement that Delhi's forthcoming 'Viksit Budget' for 2025-26 will be tabled between March 24-26, laying emphasis on completing the BJP poll promises and tackling people's aspirations. The budget will try to include inputs from all sections of society, ranging from women organizations to teachers, industry associations, etc. Areas of priority include financial assistance for women, medical care expansion, pollution management, and Yamuna river cleansing. To promote citizen engagement, the government has introduced a WhatsApp number (9999962025) and an email (ViksitDelhiBudget_25@delhi.gov.in) to enable citizens to make their suggestions. Gupta underscored the government's focus on inclusive growth and transparency.
