Academic Triumph: AP Inter Exams Record Decade-High Success Rates

Andhra Pradesh has achieved a remarkable milestone in education, with the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) 2025 recording the highest pass percentages in the past decade. The results, announced by Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh, reveal a 70% pass rate for first-year students and an impressive 83% for second-year students.  

Government Junior Colleges (GJCs) also showed significant improvement, with a second-year pass percentage of 69%, the best in ten years. The first-year pass percentage in GJCs stood at 47%, marking the second-highest success rate in a decade.  

Minister Lokesh credited this achievement to the combined efforts of students, dedicated junior lecturers, and the education department's focus on academic excellence. He encouraged students who did not pass to view this as a stepping stone and work harder for future success.  

Supplementary exams have been scheduled from May 12 to May 20, 2025, offering students a second chance to improve their scores. Practical exams will follow from May 28 to June 1, ensuring comprehensive opportunities for academic growth.
