Adani Enterprises Q4 Results Show Net Loss, Plans ₹150 Billion Fund Raise
Adani Enterprises Ltd has reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹324.39 billion for the fourth quarter of FY26, alongside a net loss of ₹2.21 billion. The company attributed the loss to depreciation charges from newly commissioned assets, including the Navi Mumbai airport and copper plant. Despite the setback, the board has approved a fund raise of up to ₹150 billion through QIP and other modes, while also declaring a dividend of ₹1.3 per share.
