Adani Wilmar Rebrands as AWL Agri Business Limited

Adani Wilmar has officially changed its name to AWL Agri Business Limited following shareholder approval. This strategic rebranding aims to align the company's identity with its core business activities and future growth prospects in the agri-business sector. The move follows the Adani Group's complete divestment from the joint venture, selling its stake to Singapore-based Wilmar International. AWL Agri Business plans to accelerate new product launches in FY26, targeting both value and premium segments in essential kitchen products.
