AirAsia X Reports Strong Growth in 2024 Operating Statistics

AirAsia X has announced impressive operating statistics for Q4 and full-year 2024. The airline's passenger load factor remained solid at 83% as capacity surged by 35% in 2024, carrying over 4 million passengers. AirAsia X expanded its network with new routes to Nairobi, Kenya and Almaty, Kazakhstan. In Q4 2024, the company carried nearly 1.1 million passengers, up 20% year-on-year, with a passenger load factor of 82%. For the full year, AirAsia X served 24 destinations and launched seven new routes. The airline's associate, AirAsia X Thailand, also reported strong performance with a firm passenger load factor of 83% for FY2024.
