Allcargo Terminals Ltd Expands with Strategic Moves

Allcargo Terminals Ltd (ATL) has indicated its intentions to offer equity shares at ₹42.40 per share. Besides, the company has entered into an agreement to acquire Speedy Multimodes (SML) with the aim of making it a fully owned subsidiary. This is in the wake of the recent approval to buy a 15% stake in SML. These strategic developments reflect ATL's drive towards growth and consolidation within the logistics space. The firm also recently acquired a 15% interest in DBC Port Logistics Limited at an additional move to strengthen its market hold.
