Key Highlights of the Preferential Issue

The capital raised will be channelled primarily towards completing the company’s capacity expansion projects, including a new 1.2-gigawatt (GW) solar module manufacturing plant in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

This Mathura plant will expand Alpex Solar’s total solar module manufacturing capacity to 3.6 GW, underscoring its ambitions as one of India’s leading solar PV product manufacturers.

Alpex Solar’s order pipeline is robust, with confirmed contracts worth over ₹1,555 crore for fiscal year 2026, including government clients such as Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd and Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), among others.

The preferential allotment price was valued at approximately ₹995 per equity share, backed by an independent valuation report.
